As a Sales Executive your role would focus on driving sales, generating qualified leads, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities and expectations for this position:


  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation:
      • Proactively generate genuine leads.
      • Utilize channels like cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, and events.
      • Maintain an updated database of prospects and ensure consistent outreach efforts.
    • Offer Follow-up & Coordination:
      • Follow up for timely feedback from potential clients.
      • Address any queries about products, pricing, and delivery timelines.
      • Coordinate with teams to present customized solutions.
    • Technical Discussions & Product Knowledge:
      • Act as the primary contact for technical discussions and product clarifications.
      • Ensure all technical aspects are understood and addressed by clients.
    • Achieving Sales Targets:
      • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
      • Develop strategies to increase sales.
      • Track progress and adjust approaches to achieve better results if necessary.
    • Client Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
      • Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
      • Resolve client issues professionally and timely.
    • Collaboration with Management and Team:
      • Communicate client needs and feedback to the management team.
      • Work with colleagues in various departments for a smooth workflow.
      • Attend sales meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
    • Market Analysis:
      • Track industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
      • Provide feedback about market opportunities, customer demands, and product improvements.
  • Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

    • Any graduate
    • 1-3 years of experience in a sales role.
    • Strong understanding of technical aspects of the products.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
    • Problem-solving skills, especially for client technical queries.
    • Customer-focused attitude and passion for high-quality service.
  • Preferred Experience:
